Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UnicyFalcon ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

UnicyFalcon is a cloud-based logistics management platform that provides:

• Order and delivery management
• Fleet and driver tracking
• Customer management
• Billing and invoicing
• Route optimization
• API integrations

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate, complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Limited features for evaluation purposes. No credit card required.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization

Intellectual Property

UnicyFalcon and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any data you input into the Service.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnicyFalcon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnicyFalcon from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
