Data Controller

UnicyFalcon acts as the Data Controller for personal data collected through our marketing website and customer accounts. For data processed on behalf of our customers (their end-users), we act as a Data Processor.

Data Transfers

Data Processing Agreement

For business customers, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that complies with GDPR Article 28. Contact us to request a copy.
